Refund policy
We are happy to refund any item which you are unhappy with within 7 days. Please note that the return of this will be at the customers expense and original shipping fees will not be refunded. Please initiate any return by contacting us first on email or through the contact us link on the website. Returns not agreed in this way to enable us to track the item will unfortunately not be processed and your item could be lost.
All items must be checked upon delivery and any damage clearly noted with the courier at the time of delivery. Damage or faults with products claimed afterwards will not be accepted.
Any item to be returned must be in the original packing and any return cost will be at the customers expense. Any item deemed faulty must, in the first instance be included in an email with a description and supporting photos of any faults.
Refunds can take up to 5 working days so please allow for this.
Returns are NOT accepted for items which have been specially made or special editions made exclusively for you.
